Terms and Conditions 

By using or enrolling in the Program, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Joining is free and no initial purchase is required in order to become a Grasshopper Club Member. To become a valid Member, you must complete the enrolment process by providing complete and accurate information. You will then be responsible for creating a 4-digit pin to login to your Grasshopper Club account.
 
In order to enroll in the Club, you will have to register and create an Account with us and provide your name, phone number, and 4-digit PIN. You agree not to let any third party use your account. You are responsible for any and all activity that occurs on your Account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account, you must notify us immediately. You agree to provide us with correct and complete Account information.
 
If Grasshopper Cannabis determines that a Grasshopper Club Member has abused any of the Club’s privileges or fails to comply with any of the Club’s Terms, Grasshopper Cannabis in its sole discretion, can take such actions as it deems appropriate, including without limitation, suspending such Member’s privileges under the Club, revoking any or all of the points in such Club Member’s Account, and/or revoking the Club Member’s membership in the Program, in each case, with or without advance notice to the Member and without liability to Grasshopper Cannabis.

Points will not be awarded if in Grasshopper Cannabis’s opinion the merchandise purchased will be used for resale or commercial use and any points awarded on such purchases will be forfeited.

Discount offers do not apply to items on sale/clearance.

Member Rewards may be subject to change depending on inventory quantities. Rewards adjustments are announced 30 days before the change date to allow customers to redeem a prize they are already offered.
 
You can only collect 1 reward per visit.
 
Membership is only available to individuals above the age of 19. 

Club Members are responsible to advise Grasshopper Cannabis of any change to their contact information. Grasshopper Cannabis will not be responsible for any communication not received by a Club Member, provided that Grasshopper Cannabis sent such communication to the contact information then on file from such Club Member.

Points are reduced to zero upon closure of a Membership.

What is the company's refund policy?

CANNABIS PRODUCT:
All cannabis product is final sale.

NON-CANNABIS PRODUCT:

All unopened and unused non-cannabis product that has been purchased through our online store is available for refund within 14-days of purchase. Product must be in original packaging and customer must have copy of receipt. Sale or clearance items are final sale unless deemed defective. 

Any unpaid and uncollected online orders will be cancelled and refunded after 48 hours.

HOW TO RETURN:

To return a product, please contact our sales team at info@grasshoppercannabis.com or phone us at 905-885-8778. Please have your name and order number ready. Once the product is returned, we will credit the original payment method used for purchase.

THIRD PARTY WEBSITE TRACKERS

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Such purposes include: (i) identifying the demographics of our clients, the types of diagnoses that our clients are using cannabis to treat, and the types of strains that are most beneficial for different diagnoses; (ii) creating and selling benchmarks, reports, summary metrics, predictive algorithms; and (iii) developing new or improving our existing products and/or services). In this Privacy Policy, "Aggregated Information" means information that: (i) arises from the compilation, combination and/or analysis of personal and other information; and (ii) is anonymized.

We may use or disclose your personal information without your knowledge or consent where we are permitted or required by applicable law or regulatory requirements to do so.

WHEN DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We may share your personal information with our employees, contractors, consultants, affiliates and other parties who require such information to assist us with managing our relationship with you, including third parties that provide services to us or on our behalf.

Grasshopper Cannabis will endeavour to maintain physical, technical and procedural safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information in question. The security of your personal information is important to us, please advise our team immediately of any incident involving the loss of or unauthorized access to or disclosure of personal information that is in our custody or control.
